How do I register for the Clinician's Pathway Account?

You may create a new Clinician's Pathway account by visiting our Registration page. On that page, you will be asked to complete a brief set of questions and to establish a unique username and password for your account.

How do I purchase assessments?

After you have registered for an account within the Clinician's Pathway, you will be taken to a page that allows you to select from a variety of assessment choices available in either electronic format or as a hard copy (PDF) that can be printed. You may purchase an unlimited number of full diagnostic assessments or in quantities of 5, 10, or 25.

After you have created your account, you may at any time purchase additional assessments by clicking on the 'purchase additional licenses' link located on the View Account Status page. That link will take you back to the Purchase Diagnostic Assessment Instruments page.
Please note that if you have not already registered, you will be taken to the registration page first, before accessing the purchase page.

How do I receive purchase confirmation when I have ordered individual assessment instruments or a full assessment package?

Once you make a purchase and the transaction processes, an email will automatically be sent to the email address listed on the registration form confirming the purchase. A URL to login should be included in that email.

You can view your account status by clicking on the link to the View Account Status page. Upon visiting this page, you will be able to view how many electronic or hard copy assessments remain in your account.

How do I create a new patient account?

Whether you're providing the patient with a hard copy of the assessment to complete, or inviting him/her to complete it online, you must first create the patient's identity within your account. You will first create the patient ID number. We recommend using the patient's first and last name initials, and his/her birthdate.

The second step is to provide the patient with a hard copy of the assessment, or have an email automatically sent to the patient inviting him/her to complete the assessment online.

Visit the Add a New Patient page to complete both steps.

How do I know whether parents and/or children have completed the assessments I have requested?

You can view the summary of assessments parents or children have already completed by visiting the View Patient Activity page and reviewing the notes listed in the table on that page.

You will also receive email notification when a patient has completed all assessments assigned to him or her.

If I change my e-mail address, how do I update my account information?

You may update your account information by visiting the Update Account Information page.

What is the function of the Edit a Patient Account feature?

The Edit a Patient Account page allows you to change a patient's ID number, update their email address and, if you have purchased electronic assessments, resend an email invitation to that patient to complete an assessment (or assessments) that is still outstanding. You may access this page by visiting the View Patient Activity page, locating the patient's ID number in the table on that page, and clicking on it. Email invitations may be resent by selecting the appropriate check boxes on the Edit a Patient Account page and hitting the "Save" button.

Can I download data on all my patients/clients into a separate spreadsheet that would enable me to examine group responses to the Child Bipolar Questionnaire and Jeannie and Jeffrey screening instruments?

Yes, you can download patient response data in the aggregate for each of these instruments to an Excel spreadsheet file. This feature is especially useful for individuals who are conducting clinical research studies using these diagnostic instruments.

To do so, visit the Download Data page and click on the applicable links.

How do I generate a scoresheet for the Child Bipolar Questionnaire when I input the data during a clinical interview?

To input data yourself and generate a scoresheet, click on the "Generate a Scoresheet" link located within the patient's row in the table on the View Patient Activity page. That link will take you to a page where you can input patient answers.

Once data has been entered, you will be able to view and print completed assessment results, and scoresheets by returning to the View Patient Activity page and selecting the active links within the table (in the same area that you saw the "Generate a Scoresheet" link). You will also be able to download all patient assessment data into Excel spreadsheets by clicking on the Download Data link in the navigation.

How do I generate generate a scoresheet for Jeanne and Jeffrey when I input the data during a clinical interview?

Similar to the Child Bipolar Questionnaire, you may generate an individual scoresheet for The Jeanne and Jeffrey Illustrated Interview for Children by inputing answers provided to you by the child during a direct clinical interview. See the answer above for instructions about how to do this.
